We partnered with the founders of BU.MI, Trivandrum’s first experiential restobar, to shape their story and voice from the ground up.

We defined the brand’s verbal identity, tone, and messaging pillars; created a menu content strategy; and worked closely with the chef, designers, and digital team to ensure a cohesive experience across touchpoints.

Our work also included internal brand training, press materials, event invites, and tools like review response templates and feedback forms to help the team maintain clarity and consistency after launch.

We also created a modular packaging copy system adaptable across products, and collaborated closely with the design team to align visuals and content.

We worked with a Kochi-based art collective to shape the narrative and communication for their website as they prepared for two major international exhibitions. The organisation brings together artists, writers, and scholars and works at the intersection of art, knowledge, and community.

With limited time and content scattered across research notes and early drafts, our role was to structure this material into a clear narrative that could introduce the collective’s work to new audiences. We wrote key sections of the website, developed introductory editorial essays, and supported the website build and press communication for the exhibitions.

The result was a website that introduces the collective’s work with clarity and context, helping new audiences engage with its research, exhibitions, and collaborative projects.

The result was a visually rich, narrative-led book that highlighted the museum’s history, exhibits, and character while offering visitors both a guided journey and a lasting memento.

We worked with a global SaaS brand to streamline and deprecate a large set of outdated product documentation.

The content had no clear ownership, had significant overlap, and information was scattered across multiple locations. We audited the entire set, reduced redundancy, and ensured relevant material was redirected to the right sources.

We collaborated with in-house writers and subject matter experts to manage the creation and rework of content needed to fill gaps and improve clarity.

The resulting framework not only improved discoverability and governance but was later used as a model for similar documentation clean-ups across the company.

We worked with the tado° team to improve the clarity and usability of their Smart Thermostat installation guides.

Through user research, complaint analysis, and support ticket reviews, we identified common pain points and tested solutions hands-on. The guides were rewritten in plain language and developed collaboratively with engineers, designers, and support teams.

The result is a set of clear, reliable installation guides that help users set up their devices easily, safely, and with confidence.
